Mat Sabbath products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Machine washing, soaking, or laundering the product in any form immediately voids this warranty. Damage resulting from sun, heat, harsh detergents, chemicals, or improper storage is also not covered.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period and has not been washed, Mat Sabbath will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item.

Proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim.

We accept returns or exchanges for Mat Sabbath products that arrive with manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can review and make it right.

Because Mat Sabbath is a small business, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or design.

All Mat Sabbath products are made to order and shipped with care. Please allow up to 12 days for delivery from the time your order is placed.

This helps ensure each piece arrives in the best possible condition, helps reduce waste and ensures quality, but it also means slightly longer processing and delivery times. If your order includes multiple products, items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the claim and work with you to resolve it.

Our mats are made with natural rubber for the body of the mat and the grippy eco-friendly microfiber suede top.

Our mats are considered on the thinner side compared to regular mats. They are 3mm thick, which offers better stability and grip in balance poses, but may not offer the same cushion as other mats. We recommend a Mat Sabbath towel for a little extra cushion, or anything else you need to keep you cozy and comfortable.

Do not machine wash, soak, or launder your product. Improper care—including exposure to heat, harsh chemicals, or detergents—can cause damage and will void the warranty. Spot clean with soapy warm water and a wash cloth.

Yes. Mat Sabbath products are designed for yoga, hot yoga, and general training use. They are built for extra grip when you get sweaty. As with any performance product, proper care is essential to maintain longevity.

Because items are made to order, we are typically unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please double-check your order details before checkout.
